Azerbaijan’s First Procurement and Supply Chain Competition

Procurement Cup Azerbaijan 2026 is a team-based practical competition that brings together professionals working in procurement and supply chain.

This is not a traditional conference, seminar, or training session. Participants will not simply be listeners — they will analyze real business situations, make decisions, develop strategies with their teams, and compete against other procurement professionals.

Why is Procurement Cup being held?

The main purpose of Procurement Cup is to bring procurement professionals together in a different and interactive format, test their professional knowledge and experience through real business decisions, and create a new platform for cross-sector networking.

The competition will give participants an opportunity not only to demonstrate their knowledge, but also to see the approaches of procurement professionals from different companies and industries, make decisions together, and test their experience in new situations.

Our goal is to establish Procurement Cup Azerbaijan as an annual professional competition platform that the procurement community looks forward to.

Who can participate?

Procurement Cup is not designed as an open public event.

The event will bring together professionals with practical procurement experience representing different companies and industries.

Applications will be reviewed in advance. Taking into account participants’ professional experience, industry, and profile, the Organizer will form balanced teams of 8 participants.

Several employees from the same company may apply. To maintain a balanced competition, they may be assigned to different teams.

How will the competition work?

Procurement Cup is a team-based competition, with the overall result determined out of 100 points.

Procurement Workshop — 50 points
Teams will work on a procurement case designed to reflect a real business environment, analyze situations, and make decisions.

“Who? What? Where?” — 25 points
A dynamic competition round testing teams’ general knowledge, logic, and speed.

“Who? What? Where?” — Supply Chain Edition — 25 points
A special competition round dedicated to Procurement and Supply Chain topics.

Organizational changes may be made to the format and program of individual competition stages depending on the dynamics of the event.

Professional Jury

During the Procurement Workshop, the teams’ decisions and results will be evaluated by a professional jury based on predetermined assessment criteria.

The team achieving the highest overall score across all stages of the competition will become the winner of Procurement Cup Azerbaijan 2026.

🏆 What Awaits the Winning Team?

The winner of Procurement Cup Azerbaijan 2026 will receive not only the title of competition winner but also a special Champion Package.

The winning team of 8 participants will receive the “Procurement Cup Azerbaijan 2026 — Champion” title, special gifts from partners and sponsors, and a special “WINNER CERTIFICATE — Procurement Cup Azerbaijan 2026.”

In addition, the official Procurement Cup Championship Trophy will be permanently displayed at Supply Chain Management, and the names of the CUP I — 2026 winners will be engraved on a special plaque on the trophy.

This way, the names of the first Procurement Cup winners will become part of the competition’s history.

The full prize package will be announced closer to the event.
