Project Management Training

Project Management Training

For nearly 10 years, Supply Chain Management by BMS has been delivering Project Management training programs to various companies.

We are pleased to present the Project Management Training, delivered by Emil Ismayilkhanov, offering participants practical knowledge and globally recognized methodologies in the field of project management.

Projects take place within a broader environment beyond the project itself. Project management is a carefully planned and organized activity aimed at successfully delivering a project. In many cases, project clients and stakeholders may be spread across multiple countries and continents, which further emphasizes the importance of managing projects according to a common standard.

-Projects are executed in industries such as construction, architecture, aerospace, defense, computer networking, telecommunications, and many others.

-In this training, participants will gain a solid understanding of project management methodologies. They will be able to immediately apply these methods within any organization to ensure the success of any project and will gain practical knowledge of globally recognized project management practices.

-This training covers the entire project lifecycle and is based on the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org) framework, specifically the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), which consolidates the critical knowledge areas essential for project success.

-The objective of this training is to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and methodologies to create, manage, and successfully complete projects. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of effective project management practices and the processes associated with them.
