The Project Planning and Monitoring training covers the essential knowledge required to develop, analyze, and track project plans, particularly in oil & gas and construction projects. The course is delivered in a practical format through the integrated use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.

The program enables participants to prepare necessary reports for tracking project progress, interpret project schedules effectively, and make adjustments when required.
