Organized by Supply Chain Management by BMS, we are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the second session of one of the most in-demand programs in project management — the Project Planning and Monitoring Training (supported by Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel).
The Project Planning and Monitoring training covers the essential knowledge required to develop, analyze, and track project plans, particularly in oil & gas and construction projects. The course is delivered in a practical format through the integrated use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
The program enables participants to prepare necessary reports for tracking project progress, interpret project schedules effectively, and make adjustments when required.
