Corporate cooperation between BMS LLC and Socar Downstream companies
Corporate cooperation between Business Management School LLC and Socar Downstream companies has taken place. Thus, on October 7-8, we successfully organized and held the "Competency-Based Recruitment and Selection Stages" training for the HR team of Socar Downstream company, presented by İpek Aral, one of the most professional and sought-after HR professionals in Turkey, with whom we have been cooperating since 2016.
The training, which was conducted with practical exercises based on real experiences, was received with great satisfaction by the participants and each of them highly appreciated the usefulness of the training.
